Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

Once your package has been shipped, we will send you a notification to the billing email address that you provided at checkout.

Your order information will remain private and never sold to any third parties. Your payment information will be sent through PayPal’s or Stripe’s secured and encrypted connection. No credit card or bank details are stored in our system.

You can check the status of your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and billing email address.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us by completing the form on our contact page. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders the same day. Once the order has shipped you will not be able to cancel it.
